LOL. And you simply "miss" number 3, because it takes away from your argument. (BTW - Number 3 is the relevant point that the Judiciary is made up of Judges.)
Anyway, in the US, Judiciary in use means Judges, and is why people are objecting to your use of it here. Judges aren't deciding. Laymen on a Jury decide his fate.
