LOL. And you simply "miss" number 3, because it takes away from your argument. (BTW - Number 3 is the relevant point that the Judiciary is made up of Judges.)

Anyway, in the US, Judiciary in use means Judges, and is why people are objecting to your use of it here. Judges aren't deciding. Laymen on a Jury decide his fate.

Brandon Johnson says he was napping in a car when Broward sheriff's deputies shot him multiple times on March 8. The deputies say they feared for their lives because Johnson drove his borrowed Toyota Echo at them.

They observed "a black male in the driver's seat," "attempting to duck down in an effort not to be seen," the report states. Miller pulled the SUV in front of Johnson's car "to initiate a stop" and turned on police lights. The detectives, in tactical gear as part of a Metro Broward Drug Task Force sweep, approached from the driver's side of Johnson's car, the report states.

The deputies said they fired after the vehicle accelerated in an aggressive manner toward them.

I am a liberal and have no idea what you are talking about I think its so ignorant how people try to lump people that think differently from theminto 1 group stating all liberals think this way. It seems you have forgotten we live in a democracy and thank goodness everyone doesn't think like you because you seem to be lacking in the brains department. I don't know about the other case you are referring to and probably lots of people don't but somehow you've got it all figured out in your pea brain how all liberals think about these 2 cases. And it seems to be there is plenty of hypocrisy on both political sides to go around but you wouldn't be able to see that, conservatives talk about government involvment being bad unless it suits their causes, it makes me laugh at the absurdity of it all. good luck to all poorer and middle class people in this country if mr robot gets elected, he really doesn't appear to have one opinion on any topic hopefully he'll get a good running mate because it will be like Cheaney running Bush all over again. When will you people ever figure out that the tax breaks to the rich have done nothing for this country, now even poor little facebbok got a huge tax break they probably couldn't have made it without it, the rich don't craete jobs getting the middle call going and purchasing is what gets jobs going, it doesn't trickle down. Obama's been trying to clean up Bush's mess for last 4 years, and do you remember what shape Clinton left things for Bush in, thats' ok go hide your head in the sand some more, and let the rich get richer
