Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page is suing the FBI and Department of Justice, alleging that the government's publication of her salacious text messages with anti-Trump ex-FBI agent Peter Strzok constituted a breach of the Federal Privacy Act.

In the complaint filed Tuesday, the 39-year-old Page said she suffered numerous damages because of the disclosure, including a "permanent loss of earning capacity due to reputational damage" and "the cost of therapy to cope with unwanted national media exposure and harassment" at the hands of President Trump.

Page's complaint also sought reimbursement for "the cost of childcare during and transportation to multiple investigative reviews and appearances before Congress," the "cost of paying a data-privacy service to protect her personal information," and attorney's fees.

Poor Lisa. I thought the text messages were on Government Phones and as such she has no reasonable expectation of privacy. She is a lawyer and she should know this. The bottom line is you never put anything in writing that you would not want to see on the front page of the New York Times. In Page's case it DID end up on the front page of the NYT. Those text belonged to the government not her. If she wanted privacy she should have used a private phone and not a government phone. To bad Lisa. :(

She was a small-time FBI worker who is getting slammed over and over by the most powerful man on the planet. Do you rightys dismiss that? of course, you do. She feels like a victim because Trump made her one. She committed the ultimate crime. She figured out how bad trump is and emailed her dislike of him and in a joking fashion talked about her and her boyfriend being an anti-Trump club. You see deep state because you desperately want to. Horowirtz says no bias, no deep state.

So now the little Pusey cat knows more about the law than a lawyer does. You are always good for a few laughs.

She also made edits to Strzoks 302's on General Flynn. She was on the Mueller team and got kicked off for extreme prejudice. The old saying is if you are going to try to kill the king you had better shoot straight. In other words she is fair game.
