Now that the New Year is here and we have our first major Communist stronghold on American soil - it's time to document the success of the Marxist/Jihadis' with an ongoing thread to show just what is going on in Mamdanistan. As the former city of New York collapses, we can have a front row seat.

We can start with Secretary General Mamdani's inaugural speech. In a rant that would make Joseph Stalin blush, the ruler of the Communist territory vowed to crush "rugged individualism" so that the "warm embrace" of forced collectivism could be enjoyed.

Not if you democrats have anything to say about it. That Constitution has a first Amendment that allows journalists like Nick Shirley to expose party schemes like the joining with the Somali Mafia to steal $9 billion in Minnesota.

Besides, the American Constitution is null and void in Mamdanistan. Secretary General Zohran will craft his own constitution, based on the Koran and Communist Manifesto.

You have to realize that communism doesn't work if you don't have complete control over society. Mamdani is going to try some form of socialism on NYC and the results are likely to be disastrous given history. He will fuck the city up, voters will turn him out of office, somebody far more conservative will replace him, things will right themselves to a degree. Then people will forget with better times returning, vote in another Mamdani and things will get far worse again.

All true!

And I, hopefully with the help of you and other intelligent people on this board, will be here to document the whole thing! If will be glorious - except for those in New York city and the refugee zones that take in those who escape.

I wonder if Secretary General Zohran will block the bridges to keep people form leaving without permission? I don't think they need an "Escape from New York" type wall - just put armed guards on the bridges....

Not sure about taxis - but he has floated the idea of outlawing private cars. He wants everyone using public transportation. Except the elite, of course. Some are more equal after all.

The ones I expect to occur are:

A housing crisis as landlords bail, government run housing turns into a crime ridden disaster and economic trainwreck. People revolt as Mamdani forces the use of public transit. If he pushes and gets massive new tax hikes to try and keep the budget under control, the major payers start to flee or find ways to avoid the taxes. The state balks at grandiose plans that cost billions and won't buy in. Crime skyrockets as the police are handcuffed by a criminal friendly government.

If Mamdani pushes his government run, and subsidized, grocery stores expect 'food deserts' to appear throughout NYC.

The whole thing will simply be disastrous and the harder Mamdani pushes Left, the worse things will get.

My uncle was kinda fashionable and had a boutique in NY.
Was not so successful, and he bailed before he lost a lot of money, but he always had the loud Bing shirts.
He dressed sharp, and I had to too, if we were doing things out.
