the various school shootings and tornadoes have cost lives, but the repugs are blocking any changes like background checks and safe rooms for schools.
the tea party types just will not raise taxes to pay for safe rooms in schools in tornado alley
if anything is the province of government, public safety and welfare are near the top of the list, but for the repugs they are at the bottom of any list assuming they are even on the list
imo, some people are selfish beyond belief or sanity.
