On the 4th every year, Americans, especially the right, chest thumps about how great America is. The greatest country ever. Yet, in the next breath, complain about making America great AGAIN. So, which is it?

And what are the metrics for what makes a country great?

Cost of living?
Quality of healthcare?
Employment percentages?
Crime rates?
Homelessness?
Military conflicts?
Inflation?
Life expectancy?
General happiness?
Representative government?
Family values?
 
Making sense is not their aim

Keeping broken brains in the cult is about all they can manage
