Man deported for DUI's and alcoholism ICE runs amok.

A man in his 40s who has been a green card holder since he was a child is being deported for 2 DUIs and alcoholism. Local ICE personnel recommended he be returned to his American wife and children, But the higher ups say no and he is to be deported as we speak. Does anyone in ICE talk to each other?

Drinking and Driving are serious issues facing America. Liberating the American wife to go out and get a job and support her two kids is a noble idea and should be encouraged. The two children will benefit by realizing what Freedom and Liberty are all about and why we send Fighting Men overseas to protect our Family Values. Plus, this Illegal Immigrant will now get a chance to learn his native language and the Culture and Customs he knows nothing about. It looks like a 'Win-Win' all around.

Green card holders (aka Permanent Residents) are required to obey all the laws of the U.S. and localities. It's like a contract. He didn't live up to his agreement, therefore, the U.S. is no longer obliged to allow him here.

Did you read the post? The guy has had a green card (LEGAL) since he was was a child. So the guy has an addiction you believe ICE should not only punish him but punish his entire family who have done nothing wrong. Love your compassion.

I don't have compassion for someone that would drive drunk. He has TWO DUI's. That means he got another one after receiving the first one.

green cards have extra stipulations. knowledge is power.
