Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) on Tuesday launched a competition to join her hunting for feral hogs in Texas. In a video shared on Facebook, the extremist lawmaker likened Democrats to the wild animals that tear up farmers’ crops.

“We’ve got skyrocketing inflation, high diesel fuel and Democrats’ America-last policies,” said Greene, who has been stripped of her House committee assignments over her use of violent rhetoric, including toward Democrats.

“Democrats aren’t the only ones destroying farmers’ ability to put food on the table,” she continued, noting (correctly) that wild hogs have destroyed farmers’ fields.

There follows a montage showing Greene shooting at a pig from a helicopter, then posing on the ground with what is purportedly its corpse with the chopper in the background.

The video ends with a call to “help American farmers out,” “STOP COMMUNISM” and sign up for the competition.

Why not run a contest where people get the chance to enact a policy that actually helps the working poor? Or a contest to provide kids with new books and reading teachers?

Marjorie Taylor Greene's husband has filed for divorce after 27 years of marriage to the Georgia representative, according to court records obtained by PEOPLE.

Perry Greene, who wed Marjorie in August of 1995, claimed his marriage with her was "irretrievably broken." The couple share three children, none of whom are minors, according to the divorce filing.
