Yup, because it's clear President Musk might not pass muster either.
But first, before we explore cognitive tests and other competency requirements, I'd like to see OATHS OF OFFICE get some real teeth behind them.
I say that because there are quite a few VERY competent people who are nevertheless quite evil.
Violations of an oath of office needs to be a legal bar with clear concise definitions.
We need it as much as we need competency exams.
