Is this woman simply that damn dumb to not understand how to follow Covid protocol at a children's hospital no less? Either that, or is she simply so arrogant as to believe that the rules do not apply to her. Either way, it was a STUPID think to do.
That said, given her thick accent and propensity to butcher the english language, attempting to read to kids was a bonehead move by her publicity folks.
