Actually he is showing that fake patriotism will be castigated. Trump cares about Trump. America is a market to him. A place he sells over priced products made in China and 3rd world sweat shops. Trumps patriotism is so phony.

I disagree. True patriots call out bullshit and fakery when they see it. They do stuff like volunteer at veterans' homes and donate to charities like Wounded Warriors. They shake their heads at the flag-waving non-vets and call their congresscritters to demand better funding for veterans' programs, urging them to become involved with the issues of suicide and homelessness and poverty after service.

True patriots don't tweet crocodile tears about fallen soldiers then quickly seque into how wonderful the economy is now and oh look how happy all those employed brown people are now, if only you weren't dead you'd be so proud of me Trump.

"Memorial Day or Decoration Day is a federal holiday in the United States for remembering the people who died while serving in the country's armed forces. Wikipedia"
Whatever your political persuasion, this should be a day about the people who died defending the United States.

(I'll quiz you later on my theory that 'guno' is a sock of Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam)

Yep. And we don't remember them by tweeting about how bigly greatest ever things are now, too bad you're dead and can't see ME, your Glorious Orange TurdinChief who single-handedly made it all happen.

BTW, we also have Veterans Day in the fall to honor the fallen. I wonder if we weren't such a war-like nation if we would need TWO holidays to honor all our dead sons, daughters, fathers, brothers?
