this is the official (unofficial) website for the state of Michigan......I cross referenced it to verify.....the vote does not become official until confirmed but this is how the report results.....

the last update was at 11:30 last night.......they have not counted a ballot since then and won't start again until 9 am......
when they stopped the tally was .....
and
without any more votes being counted, it appears that the news has decided that both Biden and Peters have won......
