Most of the Somali are not yet citizens, having arrived too recently, and therefore cannot vote, LEGALLY.
That makes them just 15% of the population.  That makes them less than 10% of the legal voters.
Yet the Somali-vote DOMINATES the election in Minneapolis!  To the point that giving speeches in the Somali language is required to be competitive.
How?   How does a significantly smaller fraction, less than 10%, of the voters in Minneapolis, Dominate the elections there?
Answer: Massive Vote Fraud!
America is being invaded, and our nation is being stolen from U.S.!
