Outsourcing is good for the country in two ways. First it lowers the cost of a particular good or service thus increasing the purchasing power of the individual in particular the poor.

Second, buy providing better jobs than they otherwise would have, it helps foreign countries improve their lifestyles and increase demand for American goods and services

When goods freely cross borders militaries do not.

Walmart has done more to improve the standard of living of the por than any gobblement.
