Jurors found a Florida man guilty of three counts of attempted murder and one other charge for the fatal shooting of a teenager, but a mistrial was declared on the most-serious charge against the defendant — first-degree murder.

approve? no. I don't need to approve of it. I know it exists, and I know that this fellow had better get ready, emotionally and physically, for the folks inside the walls to mete out the punishment for murder that the jury wouldn't do.
