The Monterey County District Attorney's Office has released a statement in light of allegations resurfacing against President-elect Donald Trump's pick for defense secretary, Pete Hegseth, over an alleged sexual assault in 2017 at a Monterey Hotel.

The Monterey County District Attorney's Office said that they chose not to pursue charges against Hegseth due to a lack of "proof beyond a reasonable doubt."

No charges were supported by proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

That’s because the case is utter BS. No proof, no case. Innocent until proven guilty. End of story.

His accuser said she saw him completely naked and noticed neither scars or TATTOO’s.

The whole thing is obviously completely contrived hence no charges.

Bring in Christine Ballsey Ford. She'll have the evidence.
