He voted for the legislation he says he wont defend now. And he seems to have forgotten that its the judiciary's opinion that matters related to constitutionality, not his or anyone else in the executive branch. Last I heard, the legislature is looking to take this task over if the executive is to abdicate its responsibility.
What Virginia is becoming is ignorant of the nature of government. Kind of funny considering we crafted it.
