Police stop and handcuff every adult at intersection in search of bank robber/

Police in Aurora, Colo., searching for suspected bank robbers stopped every car at an intersection, handcuffed all the adults and searched the cars, one of which they believed was carrying the suspect.

Police said they had received what they called a “reliable” tip that the culprit in an armed robbery at a Wells Fargo bank committed earlier was stopped at the red light.

“We didn’t have a description, didn’t know race or gender or anything, so a split-second decision was made to stop all the cars at that intersection, and search for the armed robber,” Aurora police Officer Frank Fania told ABC News.

Officers barricaded the area, halting 19 cars.

From there, the police went from car to car, removing the passengers and handcuffing the adults.

“Most of the adults were handcuffed, then were told what was going on and were asked for permission to search the car,” Fania said. “They all granted permission, and once nothing was found in their cars, they were un-handcuffed.”

I'm sure most people here have no problem with this. The question would be what happens to the individual who DIDN'T rob a bank, but still had a gun in his car? (since there are no restrictions in Colorado to have a gun in your car, except Denver). Of course, Darla would be thrilled at hearing of another person being arrested and tortured for 3 days for having a gun in his/her car...unless maybe they were black.
 
Judge Napolitano says Aurora Police broke the law by arresting an entire street/

Police in Aurora, Colorado stopped every car and handcuffed every adult at an intersection in order to find a bank robbery suspect. Police Chief Daniel Oates said, “The law is clear that investigative detentions are lawful for a reasonable period of time.” Judge Napolitano disagrees, saying, “You can only be stopped if the police can articulate, can state, some suspicion about you and that can only be for a brief period of time.”

In this specific incident, the judge says these were not stops by police but were arrests.

Napolitano concluded, “We fought wars against governments who arrested groups of people until they got their person. We don’t do that in America.”

and it wasn't just a bunch of cops going car to car asking people to step out, the above is what it was like for man, woman, and child. All because there MIGHT have been a bank robber there.
 
In a situation like this it's always a good idea to divert attention from yourself. The best thing to do is to call one of the cops over on the side, and be all like scared innocent woman and tell him that one of the white guys told you he was packing and also had some pot on him but he wasn't going to let nobody search him just watch them try! To really amp things up claim he mumbled something about "payback for ruby red...or ruby ridge??" look confused... That mf'er will be on the ground so fast everyone will have whiplash.

Then the next thing that happens is that guy is getting tasered and he's screaming and yelling "help me help me" and you can chill out and enjoy. Honestly if a white guy isn't getting tasered this whole thing could get very boring and take a couple of hours. So that is my advice. Bonus points if the white guy ends up being STY.

in other words, they should do this on every street corner in america so they can get rid of guns, conservatives, and white guys. we know you're full of hate darla. how do you love your police state?

I think the best way is to tell the cops that the fat white bitch told you that she's carrying a live gernade in her vagina and it's set to go off and she's the only one to that knows how to remove it.
Then stand back and watch while they four point her in restraints and do a full body cavity check.
