The number of returning Iraq and Afganistan Vets using VA walk in clinics has more than doubled since 2004 and the staff has increased by 10%.
Not only that but Bush's budget recommendations last year called for a 47 million dollar reduction in their funding. The congress has seen fit since than to at least keep funding at 2006 levels....

Bush is a lying scum bag.

It's not just bush, though he is a lying scum bag, it's the whole Republican ideology.

It'll be the "troop-hating, America-bashing, traitors" who will be fighting for the funds to get returning veterans the help they are going to need for decades to come. It always is!

They knock em down, and we believe society must provide the safety net to catch them. For that, we get called a lot of names, proving, once again, no good deed goes unpunished. But we'll do it anyway. Because that's what we believe in.
