This is a rip off. A mars mission is going to cost a lot more than just 6 billion dollars. And it wouldn't have a timeline of 2022. This is just like "naming" a star after yourself - a useless novelty gift.
 
A real mars mission is going to need to be filled with people of actual talent if it hopes to get anywhere, as well. Scientists and extremely skilled military pilots, essentially. A mission composed of proles would just fuck up and destroy everything.
