More Than Sixty 9-1-1 Calls Go Unanswered During Portland Riot

Taxpayers american citizens called for help and recieved no response.

Because their Democrat Politicians are more interested in enabling the rioters and looters. They have restrained their police from using all the traditional equipt to quell violent protest...Water canons, tear gas, rubber bullets, they have allowed the destruction of their cities to continue while underserving all other citizens. 60 calls for 911 service unanswered means 60 people needed help and got none.



Saturday was the 80th consecutive night of riots in Portland with no sign that the urban terrorists have any intention of letting up.

I guess we’re supposed to call them “demonstrators,” but do any of them remember what they’re supposed to be protesting? Racial injustice? The white faces that make up a majority of the rioters are hardly effective representatives of the oppressed. The death of George Floyd? It would be interesting to ask 10 rioters if they know who George Floyd was. How many would keep throwing rocks at the cops and shrug their shoulders in ignorance?

This is an anti-police, anti-civic-order protest. And as long as anarchists and “anti-fascists” are allowed to congregate and attack police, they will continue.

The embattled police try to push back, but when they do, they’re accused of brutality. So their commanders increase the police presence hoping the number of cops alone can keep the peace. It’s a fool’s hope. Commanders are pulling police from all over the city, leading to a breakdown in emergency services.

As for Portland, it can burn down for all I care. It's both Portland's and Oregon's problem.

Agreed. It's good, and American, to offer advice, but when they say "fuck off!", it's time to crack a beer, sit back and watch them screw themselves.

I'm a retired military and commercial pilot who used to instruct in ultralights (UL) for fun. At the time, a person could legally fly ultralights without a lesson. Some UL pilots were completely self-taught..and banged up their airplanes or killed themselves as a result. I've tried to offer a few advice when they were about to do something pretty stupid and, as you and I are discussing, was told to mind my own business. Once told such a thing by an idiot, my usual response was "Okay, but can you wait until I get my camera?" :)

I think youre fibbing to me to create some kind of response.

Portland and Seattle arent just burning people are dying and suffering and losing their business in droves.
These cities are Democrat Disgraces and if Trump wins re election you can blame Antifa, BlM and the democrat politicians that enabled and encouraged them

What do you think I'm fibbing about? Why the fuck should I give a shit if Portland burns to the ground? Why are you so afraid that you are resorting to Federalist authority over the states to impose martial law? That's what you're dancing around, isn't it?

So what? It's their choice to live in a liberal city in a liberal state. Everyone should be held accountable for their actions. Remember when personal accountability was a Republican value? Ahhh, the Good Ol' Days, eh?

Eventually, but it's more like a frog in a cooking pot than a dog touching an electric fence. I was thinking of people getting a mind shock or smack on the head whenever they do something stupid. If so, then stupid people would end up acting and talking a lot, lot less. A win for smart people. :)
