APP - Musings on Kennedy's retirement

Teflon Don

I'm back baby
Here are a couple of thoughts about the retirement of Justice Kennedy

1) The democrat party is going to try to use it to gin up their base over Roe v Wade. That is true, but what they fear is that it will gin up the conservative base they were hoping would stay home during the mid terms

2) I fully expect Flake, Murkowski and Collins to go full traitor

3) Manchin, Donnelly and Heidi Heidkamp will be under tremendous pressure from the left to vote against a Trump nominee. They voted for Gorsuch so I expect they would vote for this one. But the pressure will be immense

4) The left faces an interesting dilemma. Do they go full on battle mode over this? If they do it will take other things from the headlines like the noise they wanted to make about those poor kiddies. Only so much emotion people can expend on so many issues

5) Last but not least, the recent Supreme Court rulings and the Kennedy announcement has for now completely neutered the NeverTrumpers. They are voiceless and marginalized. I exposed that yesterday when one JPP NeverTrumper couldn't come out and claim he supported the decision Gorsuch helped decide on unions. Why? Because to admit he supports the decision would be tantamount to admitting that he was wrong about Trump and he stubbornly wants to think he acted on some notion of principle. NeverTrumpers are the biggest losers here and that pleases me

6) The democrat party will try to use Mueller to kneecap Trump but it will backfire big league

every demmycrat who will vote in November is already ginned up because of their Trump hatred.......all they can accomplish is ginning up conservatives who may be complacent because of all our winning......
