I had an artificial insemination done and last Wednesday I had to call an ambulance to bring me to the Mercy Hospital.

Im at the hospital..
I went online and I had this delivered to me at the hospital, it arrived today...

The nurse literally laughed her ass off when she seen it.

Why did you have to go to the Hospital?

And is your new Jeep for the unborn twins or twins you already have?

And you should know that artificial insemination takes all the fun out of procreation!
