My prediction: Not much that people voted for will get better.

I'm predicting that the big issues that were swaying voters will not change despite who has control of Congress, Senate, Presidency. Grocery prices will not magically go down because of Trump or this so-called red wave. They wouldn't have gone down if Kamala had won either. Neither will the Palestinian conflict get any better. Both parties support Israel. Not one thing will get better unless you were voting to give the wealthiest Americans more tax breaks. In the end, it will be another inept political season which will likely change hands again in waves.

Tax breaks on "the wealthiest americans" aren't enough. The economy is a great circle, a dragon eating its own tail. It can be hampered and shrink by being attacked at any point and therefore the only repair that reliably works is to reduce the subversion at all points.

I agree that I do not trust the Trump admin or any admin to do what needs to be done. It would hurt terribly at first and congress will never let that happen. We are a in a death spiral as a nation and even if we defeat the lies of the deep state it is possible and plausible that we keep jumping between the two "wrong answers" till we drown.
