I think America should adopt an apartheid policy ,similar in its ESSENCE, to that which was implemented in South Africa between 1948 and 1994.
The architect of apartheid in South Africa was an Afrikaner named Heindrich Verwoeld. The word apartheid means "SEPARATENESS" in English- not "SEGREGATION". Segregation implicitly refers to a to a situation like the "Jim Crow" era in the Southern States of America, where Blacks were legally separated from whites AND then treated as second-class citizens who were (racially) discriminated against in terms of the resources and government services (like: housing provision, education and healthcare, etc) that they received.
Hendrick Verwoelds vision of apartheid was that the White (European) races of South Africa (e.g. the English and the Afrikaners) should have their own territory, while the Black Africans in South Africa should have THEIR OWN land which was physically/geographically separate from the White's land.
He envisaged a situation where the Blacks would be free to develop their own cultural institutions, their own educational, legal, political, governmental, economic and religious institutions; their own shared values and beliefs and spirituality, etc; free of any interference, exploitation or oppression of any kind from the Whites who would forced to "mind their own business" and keep their noses out of the affairs of the Blacks in the Black territory.
In this vision of apartheid the only rule that the Whites and Blacks must consent to is that it would prohibited for Whites to permanently reside in the Black territory, or to cross the borders of the Black territory without a legal temporary-stay Visa. Whites, of course, would not be able to become "Black Territory" citizensThe same would apply for the Blacks,they would be allowed to visit the White territory for a legitimate reason on a temporary Visa, but would not be able to permanently reside in the White territory or become White territory citizens.
Given that Black Africans and White (European) Americans have never in the history of American society been able to integrate in a peaceful, civil manner, and that to be frank African Americans (the majority of the them at least) (1) Harbour a personal animus ( deep resentment) toward Whites and the founding White liberal order of the Republic (2) Will never overcome their often camouflaged - but deeply engrained hatred of Whites, or their desire to see the "racist", "oppressive", "wicked" White Supremacist liberal order in America destroyed.
If we said to th African - Americans in the US: "Tight, here's the deal - we'll give you a chunk of land in America to live in and call your own. Whitey's will not be allowed to meddle in any way with your affaires in this Black territory. You will be granted total Sovereignty and be totally free to develop your own society in the manner/s that you see fit. The same will apply to us Whitey Yank, we will all live in a an area of land that is our own, and develop our society(which will be called the American Republic) as we see fit without any interference from Blacks who are hostile to the White, Western Liberal order that our Republic was founded upon in the 18th-Century.
So at the end of the day, it's very simple: You do your thing in your Black territory, and we Whitey's do our ting in our White territory. We will not annoy you, and you will not annoy us. If you fail competently govern your society do not expect the White territory to provide funding/resources in order to avert a State failure. Ditto for the White territory.
Thus under my "separate but equal" apartheid proposal for America the destructive fall-out of never-ending, Black-White racial tension and conflict -as witnessed, for example, in the rise of dangerous racist and illiberal movements like Critical Race Theory (CRT) The later being a dark, cult-like, Marxist mind-virus which infiltrated he entire Biden government (and Federal bureaucracy) from 2021 to 2024 would be instantly eradicated, never to return.
Black Americans should find separatist model of apartheid is "music to their ears" because they have bell shrieking for decades that ALL of their problems have been caused by White America. My form of apartheid would provide a simple and effective means for Black Americans to literally rid themselves completely and permanently of White oppression, exploitation and injustice.
