heres some info about my town
average income is about 66,000 a year, home prices vary between cheaper town houses and condos a bit under 300,000 to homes which average from 350 to over a million and up. you can get a fairly nice home in the area for a bit over 400,000
crime is almost nothing .
lots of shopping taxes are low and traffic is not bad. your close to I 95 and us 1 the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away.
most people live in private community's many like mine are gated and have security.
close to Orlando about a 35 min drive or so and Miami is a couple hours away.
