NAACP member racist comments

This proves that this organization needs to expel its own racist's within before it dictates to others!!! This took place at the very 20th annual event where Jealous makes his NAACP resolution against the TEA Party! <mss Sherrod worked as USDA Georgia director. I say worked becausde she has just this evening resigned!!!

In the first video, Sherrod describes how she racially discriminates against a white farmer. She describes how she is torn over how much she will choose to help him. And, she admits that she doesn’t do everything she can for him, because he is white. Eventually, her basic humanity informs that this white man is poor and needs help. But she decides that he should get help from “one of his own kind”. She refers him to a white lawyer.

Sherrod’s racist tale is received by the NAACP audience with nodding approval and murmurs of recognition and agreement. Hardly the behavior of the group now holding itself up as the supreme judge of another groups’ racial tolerance.

Because the white farmer took too long to tell his story, she decided it was because he was trying to show her he was superior to her.

Paranoid much?

These films have obviously been cherry picked and aren't showing a true representation of the true feelings of the NAACP (the National Association Against Caucasion People).!! [/sarcasm]

She was applauded for her racism until she was publically scorned. It begs the question how much racism black people in power exert over white people? This coming out on the heels of the accusation of protecting black defendants from prosecution where white people are the injured party leveled at Justice, makes the question relevant.

And Obama was portrayed as the post racial president. I am thinking his election has caused some in the black community to think they have immunity from censure for their hatred of whites.

Some will excuse this as some sort of get even emotionalism, as if two wrongs make right.

This happened back in March. This probably would have been buried if the Tea Party thing hadn't happened. Just think of what we don't know now.

Her actions are racist and it's sickening that she worked for our government. That she felt she could speak in such a public place speaks volumes to just how accepted this kind of behavior is so long as the perpetrator is black and the victim is white!

You are correct that if the TEA Party accusations had not been initiated by the NAACP it likely would never have come to light...karma :)

I doubt it. Some black folk believe they have a whole lotta payback coming their way and they are going to milk for all it's worth.

I have no doubt many black citizens feel that way...just look at the NAACP and the New Black Panther's, but I still think that cows teet is about dried up as far as the American people are concerned...especially in light of recent racist revelations amongst their own ranks.

According to the link I posted even blacks in the NAACP are rebelling against attacks of the TEA Party by their organization.

This woman, Sherrod, is what real racism looks and acts like. A person in power who denies help or subverts it because of the color of a persons skin...she's more than destable, she's the face of real racism!

lol @ naacp

As of late this afternoon the NAACP has still not commented. Imagine, this took place at one of their events...fricking hypocrites! They have truly proven how irrelevent they are.

This woman, a government employee, practiced institutional racism against a man because he was white!

And the left is silent~~~

You know what, this is bullshit. She was talking about something that happened about 25 years ago while she worked for a group that focuses exclusively on helping out black farmers.

I want to see the entire video of her remarks because in the video that I saw she seemed to be indicating that following this incident she looked at the issue of struggling farmers not as a racial issue but a rural poverty issue.

You are such a fucking apologist! She did not work for a "group" that helped predominately black farmers. She worked for USDA in a program that helped troubled small farmers. That she admits to using her position of power to abuse a person because he is white is inexcusable and that is why she was forced to resign.

Leave it to you to attempt to diminish what she did. Her conclusion was that he, the white farmer, was better helped by "his own" meaning white guy lawyer. Though she admitted that she could have helped much more than she did, she chose not to because he was white...period end of story... and she is now thankfully off the government payroll!
