More Democrat hypocrisy being slobbered all over the media. House chairman of the Judicial Committee Democrat Jerry Nadler is demanding that AG Barr deliver a totally un-redacted copy of the Mueller report to the mad dog Democrats on his committee. Of course Nadler and the rest of the mad dog Democrats would just love to get a Mueller Trump smear of anything they could use to influence the fake news cycle all the way to the 2020 election. Apparently Barr is ignoring their demands and continuing along with his redactions. It’s standard DOJ policy to not report to the public any information that might embarrass or negatively effect any person not being or having been indicted for a crime. It’s also illegal to submit to the public any Grand Jury information or any information involved in an ongoing investigation. Nadler couldn’t care less about those facts, he’s on the war path to have in his HATE TRUMP inventory any chunk of slime or accusation he can get his hypocritical paws on. Fox News is running a video clip of old Jerry back in the days when Kenneth Starr’s report came out on the sins of William Jefferson Clinton. Jerry was highly critical of the possibility that Starr might let a cat out of the bag related to Slick Willie. Nadler was reminding Starr and the media and the American public that it was a DOJ policy to never, ever, release information that might embarrass or effect any person in a negative manner that wasn’t indicted for a crime. Jerry took special note to mention that it was illegal to openly introduce Grand Jury information or any information related to an ongoing criminal investigation to the public.

You see folks when DEMOCRATS are concerned, all one needs to do is swap out the faces and party of the accused in special counsel reports and the DOUBLE STANDARD becomes outrageously apparent. It raises up its ugly hypocrite head and gives “DUE PROCESS” the bird!!!!!

The house has the power to subpoena the Mueller report. There is no logical reason that Barr should block it. There are political excuses though. He sucks up to Trump like most of the rightys and he also has a bigly belief in the imperial presidency. So he may fight releasing it til the 2020 election .

Actually, I think if you investigate it, Barr has absolute control over the Mueller report. I do believe he doesn't have to ever release a sentence of it. He can put it in a drawer and forget it. Even if Nadler does subpoena it he can't demand an un-redacted copy if Barr doesn't want to give him one. Besides that Barr has no authority to release an un-redacted copy to Congress. It's a crime to release Grand Jury information and any other information consisting of information concerning ongoing investigations.

There is no logical reason that Barr should block it. There are political excuses though. He sucks up to Trump like most of the rightys and he also has a bigly belief in the imperial presidency. So he may fight releasing it til the 20202 election .

Congress can only see the Mueller report by the permission of the AG and his delivery therewith. Congress can subpoena anybody they want and put them under oath, but they have no power to force anybody to say anything or indict anybody. And before Congress gets a non-redacted copy of the Mueller report it will take a judge and a court to get that information, because Barr is an old professional, not at all naive or easily threatened by the Congress into committing a crime.

The house has the power and the house is presented secret information as part of ther jobs.Thy are under the constraints that thety cannot let some information out to the public. They routinely get information that they cannot give people like you.
You can repeat it over and over, but the house has the power. They can subpoena the report.
If Barr refuses he can be held in contempt.
