NASA finally admits solar minimum

why is this relevant to global warming?

There are a ton of links I've provided to answer that question for you if you're seriously asking.
In a nutshell:
The solar sunspot cycle is better correlated to climate changes than CO2 concentration... Especially recent climate changes. Sunspots are believed to disrupt cosmic rays, which bombard the planet and which one effect is to cause water vapor to condensate and thus forming clouds.

During periods of low sunspot activity, more cosmic rays can reach Earth and form more clouds than periods when sunspots are more active.

I can't learn for you. You have to be willing to do some homework.

The sunspot theory has never been taken seriously by any climatologist with a degree.

Global warming deniers should be executed for crimes against humanity.
