Clear that the shots were fired AFTER he bumped into the car. You can hear the sequence.

The right is really mischaracterizing this based on the phone footage.

It's fairly clear from other angles that contact is pretty glancing.

The way the right is using this just shows desperation to create a false narrative. They want us to ignore EVERY other angle.

And w/ this new footage, you can see clearly how she is trying to steer AWAY from the officer. To me, it's conclusive that she is NOT trying to hit him, and in fact is trying to steer away from him.

Hardly conclusive. Also, beside the point unless the argument is that he was justified in shooting her because she had brushed him with her car, if she did. He fired two shots into the driver's side window. And again, why his gun already drawn? Drawn before the car brushed him, if it did. Drawn before the car moved at all.

At any time that an officer feels threatened or in danger he can draw his weapon.

You dont get to decide that for a cop

Yes, you do, when a cop claims he felt threatened when no one threatened him, then killed someone. This killer cop needs to explain himself if he has an explanation.

And this as well:

Explains shit. The killer is seen walking away perfectly normally after the incident. But I guess you're saying that if the car did brush him, he then appropriately put two bullets into her by firing through the driver's side window. At which time, if this fact is not obvious to you, he would have been at the side of the car, not in front of the car.

So he has to be mangled up before he can shoot

Your approach to this is like the bullcrap from all his defenders - evading the point. He shot into the car through the driver's side window. He drew his weapon when he was under no threat. It appears, therefore, that he intended to do what he did do. Shoot "the fucking bitch". If not, why did draw the weapon?

You can tell how freaked out the trumptards are by the numerous threads started here vilifying a harmless mom.

Poor fucks sick bastards.

WHOOPS..first shot went through front windshield

You can see from the one angle - he's basically on the side of the car, leaning over to shoot from the front.

Are you only watching one angle? He was never in danger. And he created a worse situation for the street by shooting her. Everyone is lucky that it wasn't a busy street w/ a lot of foot traffic.
