I have a few questions about how to handle an insurance company wanting to deny coverage, so if anyone is familiar enough with the law please PM me.

Pm your question and I will ask my daughter, she use to work for Aetna, and she said there are standard things they deny, knowing that most insured will not protest and accept the decision.

Usually, if you call your doctor they will resubmit the claim with proper wording.

You can also call them and ask them why it was denied, my last denial was simply to update my info and make sure I didn't have other coverage.

I hate dealing with insurance companies!
