Could Trump use military funding to pay for his wall? If he did, what would or could the democrat party do to stop him? Not much Constitutionally. The money has been appropriated. He can spend it as he sees fit. The left would blow its collective mind.

congress controls the purse strings of our budget. they have the constitutional power to stop him. with the republican traitors currently in congress now, it would not surprise me if they did stop him.
