neighbors...partying...i am not

my wife is studying her ass off for her grad degree...i don't like the one neighbor who is cackling (yes, i can hear her laugh from where i type this, it travels approximately 200 feet and perhaps farther depending on weather conditions)....they invited me over, but i said no, i'm busy....yeah....on my interwebs and new PS3 bitches!!! plus i can't stand cackles....

sort of j/k...does that make me a rude neighbor?
