What will be interesting is how much money they will waste on this and then not actually bring her to trial on any charges.
Violation of the FACE act is one possibility. This is an evolving story so we shall see what the federal charges are. We know Ellison won't charge them with anything. They may go after them for violating The Klu Klux Klan Act.

Ellison can't charge them since he is state AG. It would be a local crime and would require city or county attorney to file the charges. It would also require a complaint by the church for trespassing and then require they show that they were asked to leave and refused.
I realize that cult members are ignorant of many things but there are no criminal penalties under the KKK act.
