Mott the Hoople
Sweet Jane
Decisions, decisions, decisions. My wife has ok'd me to spend upwards of $2,500 on a new bike. So now I have to chose I have the following decisions to make.
Frame. Should the frame be
Steel
Titanium
Carbon Fiber
Fuck aluminum. Aluminum bikes suck. There either to stiff or to fragile. A lot of people think their good values. I'm like...well yea....if you plan on buying a new bike every 2 or 3 years.
Next decision. Components.
Should I get
Campangnolo
Shimano
SRAM
$2,400 isn't enough to get a high end Italian road bike so Campy is out as their over priced.
That boils it down to Shimano or Sram
So any suggestions for a frame/components combo out there? I have seen some good deals on some Kestrels lately.
