Pollster Scott Rasmussen released the results of a poll showing President Donald Trump is doing as badly as a recent CNN poll said he was.

According to the findings, Rasmussen said Trump was down by 12 points, with the margin of error. CNN, found Trump was down by 14 points with a margin of error of 4 percent.

Mr. Rasmussen, who left the polling firm named after him years ago, is ranked more accurate than the old firm. A FiveThirtyEight study ranked Rasmussen Reports 24th out of 28 polls in accuracy, after the 2012 election results.

Trump and other conservatives have used Rasmussen Research to substantiate his beliefs that he is far ahead of his Democratic challenger, Vice President Joe Biden. Despite his conservatism, Mr. Rasmussen’s findings do not appear to have the same pro-GOP bias.

Trump’s campaign team has tried to dismiss any polls showing him losing by saying that they were all wrong in 2016. In fact, those polls showing Hillary Clinton winning the popular vote were fairly accurate as she won 3 million more votes than the president.

For someone who spends 24-7 focused on presenting the best image possible to the American public, DT sure has a lousy public image.

Rasmussin

If you bothered to read the post and not just the headline, you would have learned that Scott Rasmussen is not affiliated with the Rasmussen Reports. They are separate polling groups, which emphasizes the fact that you are an idiot, with the brain of a snail.

I am ignoring the polls for the forseeable future, both because of past performance and because they are almost all run by members of the Elite Class who have generally made it very clear that they will lie to get Trump out of office...The ends justify the means to these creeps.....they are not honest brokers.

trump's going to have a melt down. He only cites Rasmussen now that Fox doesn't fudge numbers in his favor.

That sure throws cold water on delusional Trump's temper tantrum that the CNN poll that showed Biden to be 14 points ahead of him to be a Democratic plot against him.

I often wonder if tRump actually believes his own bullshit, or simply laughs at how stupid his supporters are? Then again, it could be both.
