The Biden-era sanctuary state policies in California foisted on the state and Americans by Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom have once again collided with federal law — this time on America's highways.

The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has admitted to illegally issuing 17,000 commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) to foreign nationals who were not legally eligible to hold them, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced Tuesday.

This incident alone, sadly has demolished his chances of ever becoming our nominee for president. Ky's Andy Beshear has the same DMV scandals also.

Two good possible choices, both will be tainted by this need to protect and rally for illegals. Something I've repeated over and over and over, illegal immigration sank Harris bid for president, gave the GOP a majority and sadly will end these two's careers. That Muslim that won in NY, won not because he had great ideas, he won because voters had NO TRULY GOOD OPTIONS. The Democrats have got to stop rallying for illegals. This nation has had immigrant fatigue for decades.

DHS and ICE know what Newscum has done now, and they can do something about it - arrest his seditious azz in a pre-dawn raid at his mansion.


Every state in America should looking at the names on that list checking it against accidents & road deaths and suing California and newSCUM for the pain, suffering and wrongful deaths.

The DOJ, FBI, IRS, need to put newscum and the rest of the ruling demoRAT under a microscope until we have found and arrested all those who orchestrated this travesty.

I wish I could say the same about you...LOL Listen, despite being a Independent that vote the Dem ticket, I am above all, practical also. Illegal immigrantion sanks the Dem ticket every time we have elections. Them days of protection and rallying, them days are over and we need to move on. We've become a nation so dependent on their cheap labor, that states are literally paralized bc of it. The Dems still cling to the hope that if they give illegals citizenship they will reward the Dems by voting for them that way they don't need the Black vote anymore.

Absolutely spot on....however, if they're wise, which they are not, if they're focused, which they are not, they would see that Latino's are the most conservative of all voters in the US and have proven to vote the GOP ticket in huge margins during elections. Most are small time business owners, most hate paying taxes like the rest of us and believe it or not, they hate lazy welfare ppl more than we do. If Democrats are banking on the Latino's to be the new black, its a lose lose gamble. They're not loyal to any party at all and that has been proven. They will however in a few more years, become the largest voting block that is up for grabs for both parties to pursue and that is a fact.

Worse, they are driving up to 40 tons of truck and don't know a lick of English, can't pass a real driving test for PRIVATE drivers (much less a CDL!), and are working for trucking companies that are KNOWINGLY hiring and harboring illegal truck drivers.

As a result, CDLs are effectively meaningless, and the result is serious hazards on the roadway.

Weigh stations should examine ALL semi trucks and their drivers (not just use auto-weigh) until we can get these guys off the road and the trucks put out of service. The trucking companies hiring these people should also be prosecuted for violating federal law, and any shell companies they try to hide under should be included.

It's also past time to hold these States and territories accountable.

Another great place for troopers and ICE agents enforcing the law to monitor would be truck stops, ports, etc.

It's not just King Newsom. It's also in Washington (a Democrat governor), Oregon (a Democrat governor), Nevada (a Republican governor), and Utah (a Republican governor), Colorado (a Democrat governor), Minnesota (a Democrat governor), Illinois (a Democrat governor), etc.

Funny how it's mostly Democrat controlled areas that have this problem.

That said, King Newsom has violated many federal laws and is encouraging violence against federal officers and insurrection. That alone is enough to arrest his ass.

Free California! Make it Great Again! Depose the king and his minions and return California to a republic form of government.

Blacks keep aborting themselves into an irrelevant minority while Hispanics keep breeding themselves into America's largest minority group. If it weren't for abortion there would be twice as many Blacks in the US today.
