Courts aren't supposed to write laws but in 1982 the SC wrote a law ordering the states to give free k-12 to illegal alien kids.!!! This has been the "law" for 40 years and presently costs america $200 billion a year . So it's been multi-trillions of dollars over those 40 years.

Needless to say there is nothing in the constitution about educational rights of illegals OR ANYONE for that matter. Not even citizen children have a constitutional right to free k-12. But the court took their usual bribes and created this right.

Of course. Democrats say "no one is above the law" but illegal aliens are and dems love it. It's a federal felony to give a bank account to an illegal or rent to them or hire them or let them drive cars or use welfare. But dems let them do all these things.
