No Country for Old Men

Having seen the film No Country for Old Men previously and knowing how good Javier Bardem was as the villain. I was watching Vicky Cristina Barcelona, the Woody Allen film, this week and he was playing the Spanish lothario Juan Antonio, it's just incredible how convincing he is as an actor. I'm trying to think of anybody else who has been able to do romantic roles and villains so convincingly, at least in recent times.

I watched that on a plane going to Abu Dhabi some time back, I was totally knackered so I missed a lot of the film. I will have to see it again to make a better judgment.
