When President Obama and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi were busy attacking the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), did it encourage the terrorists at the same time? Have the announced closing Gitmo, trying terrorists in civil courts instead of military tribunals, and looking for way to punish CIA agents who had tried to avert further terrorists attack send a message to those who would kill innocent Americans?
