One of my major issues with him so far is his lack of overhaul to the SEC. To me this was low hanging fruit and something he talked about on campaign trail yet once in office it dropped of the face of the earth. We still have no uptick rule, no enforcement of naked short sales, no transparency on hedge funds and overall lack of keeping up with technology. It just makes it way to unfair for the avg investor.
 
His giving up of the PUblic Option is thus far, in my opinion, his biggest failure.
 
Well I'm not a hater per say but let's see.... one thing I like.... ummm uhhhh... well....I guess appointing Bill Richardson to his cabinet was kinda cool.
 
So Jarod is there room in this question for people to answer who don't hate Obama but don't agree with a lot of his agenda?
