Of course it was pretty stupid of Iran to capture it too. Now we know that they can do it. It would have given them strategic surprise, in the event of an invasion, to make us feel safe with those drones, only to have them captured en masse.

Of course it was pretty stupid of Iran to capture it too. Now we know that they can do it. It would have given them strategic surprise, in the event of an invasion, to make us feel safe with those drones, only to have them captured en masse.

i'm no military expert...but i doubt iran did not understand most of the capabilities of the drone. and i doubt we would fly drones over iran with tech we didn't want them to have.

imo....more of a show boat for iran and a f-u to the US. i doubt it harms our advantage with any amount of significance.
