The budget blueprint contains roughly $2 trillion in new taxes and fees.

The budget also imposes various fees, such as a hike in the airline "security fee," as well as a $61 billion-over-10-years fee on financial institutions.

This is where I think we should start with regards to redistribution of wealth...

Take all of the Obama's assets, select one random person/family who is low income from each state and then split Obama's assets equally among the Obama family and those 50 other people/families.

Repeat this process with every individual who wants things to be 'fair'

I mean... FAIR IS FAIR.
