Section 1557 of the so-called Affordable Care Act (the nondiscrimination provision) was manipulated to include “gender identity” under Sleepy Joe Biden.

It provided an excuse for lefties giving trannies “gender affirming care” at taxpayer expense.

Today, that interpretation was ditched.
