CNN - Ukraine said Saturday its bold strike on Russia’s Black Sea Fleet headquarters in the Crimean city of Sevastopol had left dozens dead and wounded “including senior leadership.”

The attack on Friday is perhaps the most dramatic example yet of the confidence with which Ukraine is going after Russian facilities in occupied Crimea – and shows the vulnerability of critically important infrastructure on the peninsula.

In a statement on Telegram, Ukraine’s Special Operations Forces said a special op dubbed “Crab Trap” was timed to strike while senior members of Russia’s Navy were meeting, and that the attack left dozens of dead and wounded “including the senior leadership of the fleet.” No names have been given and CNN has not independently verified the claim.

First, Ukraine is proving they are willing to fight for their country. All they need is the weapons and ammo to do it. This isn't Vietnam, Afghanistan or some other Third World shithole. Ukraine is a First World nation fully capable of using First World weapons.

Second, Putin fucked up by attacking Ukraine outside of the Separatist areas. His naked aggression must be stopped before it is allowed to grow into something worse such as attacking a NATO country. He's already proved he's crazy enough to threaten to launch nukes because the Russian army is getting its ass kicked in Ukraine. One reason why the Russian Army is doing so badly is because Putin and his oligarchs have gutted it for personal profit. Russia is now so fucked up that they need to go to Iran and North Korea for weapons and ammo.

And everyone thought Russia would crush Ukraine in less than two weeks. I don't know if you have noticed or not it has been more than two weeks and Russia is losing ground and has had more casualties. NATO can outproduce Russia. Russia's economy is dwarfed by NATO countries. If they decide to outproduce Russia it will crumble. NATO should have provided F 16 and ATACMS missiles long ago but ...Biden said no. That only prolonged the war and cost more Ukrainian lives.
