Of course he'd have one of these in his home.

I wonder where he got it.
Obviously it was a gift from Kamala, but...

Hey ! Isn't having stuff like that on display in your home supposed to be a big "NO - NO" for Whiteys in America ? I heard that Americans regard stereotype Black decorations like that one in "Tampon Tim's" kitchen as being REALLY racist !

This "quote" is apocryphal ... as far as I can determine.

But it seems apropos....

Grok says:

Trustpilot shows Techarp with an "Average" rating of 2.9 out of 5, based on only two reviews, one of which criticizes the site for having "so much false info." This small sample size might not be representative but does introduce some doubt about reliability.

Scam Detector expresses concerns, with an analysis suggesting possible high-risk activities related to phishing and spamming, although the exact nature of these risks isn't detailed.

Some user reviews on WOT (Web of Trust) and other platforms mention outdated or misleading information, which could affect the site's reliability for up-to-date tech news or advice.

Grok adds some information that stupid people should wish to consider in futures, but are unlikely to...

Confirmation bias is a cognitive bias where individuals tend to favor, seek out, interpret, and recall information in a way that confirms their preexisting beliefs or hypotheses, while giving less consideration to alternative possibilities.

Essentially, people naturally pay more attention to evidence that supports what they already think or want to believe, and they often ignore or undervalue evidence that contradicts their views.

Here's a breakdown of how confirmation bias typically manifests:

  1. Selective Search for Information: People are more likely to look for information that aligns with their current beliefs. For example, if someone believes that a certain diet is superior, they will seek out articles, studies, or testimonials that support this diet while ignoring those that criticize it.
  2. Interpretation Biased by Expectations: Even when presented with the same information, individuals might interpret it differently based on what they expect or hope to find. For instance, in a political debate, supporters of different candidates might interpret the same statement or action very differently.
  3. Memory Bias: People are more likely to remember details that uphold their existing views. If someone holds a particular opinion about an event, they'll remember facts that support their opinion more readily than those that challenge it.
  4. Avoidance of Disconfirming Evidence: There's a tendency to avoid or dismiss information that challenges one's beliefs. This can range from ignoring news sources perceived as biased to outright rejecting scientific consensus contrary to one's views.

Confirmation bias can lead to poor decision-making, perpetuate stereotypes, and contribute to polarization in society, as it makes it harder for individuals to engage with or appreciate opposing viewpoints.

Being aware of this bias is crucial for fostering more open-mindedness, critical thinking, and better decision-making.

To counteract it, one might deliberately seek out diverse perspectives, engage in critical thinking exercises, and practice skepticism towards information that too perfectly aligns with one's beliefs.

ChtistieFanny,

You'll have to shelve that line about Trump being a Trump being "a felon with 34 convictions."

In America you are not a felon until you have been SENTENCED for one/more convictions.

Trump was found guilty on 34 criminal counts in the "Trump/Stormy Daniels Hush Money" case.(BTW, if you read about the instructions that Judge Merchan gave to the jury re reaching a verdict, you will find that it was unprecedented, "Loony Tune" BS)

BUT, Trump has not been SENTENCED.

This means that he is NOT a convicted FELON.

GOT IT ?

Also I very much doubt Trump will be sentenced for the 34 convictions he has in the "Trump Hush Money" case. In fact I think the entire case will be dropped after Trump takes office in January, 2025, because there are a LOT of big legal problems - not only with DA Alvin Braggs legal case, but with the conduct of Judge Juan Merchan, which has been egregious.

This case was brought by DA Alvin Bragg and is one of the four "lawfare" indictment that were brought against Trump in 2023.

Apart from the fact that Alvin Bragg's case against President Trump, was/is grounded on a "legal theory" that was - according to every eminent legal scholarl/expert authority in America: a"ridiculous" and "absurd" pile of "Mickey Mouse" bullshit, and the Judge presiding over the "TRUMP HUSH MONEY" case, Juan Merchan, should, have recused himself months ago following a motion forwarded by two members of President Trump's legal team But you must remember we are dealing with Democrat Lawfare here, ChristyFANNY, which is a very crooked business. Democrat Lawfare DAs- like fat Alvin Bragg, bastardise and twist the law in order to fashion it into a perverse weapon to wield against innocent persons like President Trump who have done no wrong (AS you know, the Democratic Party in the US are nothing but a pack of low-down, dirty dogs, completely devoid of any crumb of moral integrity !! Lawfare is another confirmation of this).

The motion for recusal was based on a conflict of interest between Judge Juan Merchan, and his adult daughter, Loren Merchan.

Judge Merchan's daughter, Loren, is the President/senior partner of a progressive, political, marketing firm called "Authentic Campaigns (when I say "Progressive", I means progressive as in super-Liberal democratic; for example, ass-holes like: AOC; Ilhan Omar, Cory Booker and Rashida Tliab are are all members of Congress who are progressive Democrats). To continu., Most of "Authentic Campaign's" clients are prominent Democrat politicians, like Joe Biden, Kamala Harris; Hakim Jeffries; Adam Schiff, Barbara Lee; along with other liberal/progressive entities like Democrat Senate Majority PAC or the "Fiends of Kathy Hocul" (BARF !!!)

What "Authentic Campaigns" provides for its clients is basically a digital marketing and fundraising agency that specialises in digital marketing for prominent (left of centre) Democrat politician. Some of "Authentics'" clients currently include: President Biden; Kamala Harris; Cory Booker; Kathy Hochul;; Dan Goldman;b Gavin Newsome; Gretchen Whitmer; Adam Schiff; Barbara Lee; Hakim Jeffries, and the like (NB: I know what you're thinking - i.e. " But-But Dachshund, these people are all ass-holes and losers !!" Exactly, ChristyFANNY (!)l and I'll return to this matter below) .

lAs well as individual politicians these tthese, "Authentic Campaigns" also does work for clients who are "entities", such as: the Democrats "Senate Majority PAC" and "The Fight Like Hell" PAC which strongly associated with Governor Gretchen Whitmer, and other such progressive, Democrat, entities/organisations helps raise funds for, like, "The Friends of Kathy Hocul"i

I shoud explain what the term "digital marketing" mean (given that "Authentic Campaigns" define themselves as a "digital marketing (and fund-raising) company. It's easy really - digital marketing just means promoting brands to connect with a target audience/customers through the internet, and other types of digital communication, including: email; social media (Face Book, Instagram); desk-top computers; mobile phones, etc all about promoting brands to connect with potential customers through the internet and other on-line based digital technologies such as: desk-top computers; mobile phones; email; social media ( e.g. Face Book, Instagram, Tic-Tok), web-based advertising, and a range of other digital media.

A good example of digital marketing was the way that AOC used live-streaming on Instagram to get her message out. She began doing this is 2018 , because AOC was relatively young for a Congresswoman, she was quite tech-savvy and wanted to reach out to other young people who supported her> She did this by a digital marketing campaign that that was presented as a series of Instagram live-feed streamings that allowed those watching to hook up with AOC live and ask her questions (Anything from general questions about her life, to queries about big political issue/policies and what her position was on these issues. Anyway, in short, the idea of using this digital marketing, paid off for AOC, because in a relatively short time her Instagram audience grew by 4 million. This is what Loren Merchan's "Authentic Campaigns" company does, namely it offeres all sorts of digital marketing/ fund-raisng promotion to suit their client's needs. The idea is to get out a certain message from, say, Adam Schiff to as many members of his target audience as posible, and to deliver that message in a way that will engage people.

SO WTF HAS JUDGE MERCHAN'S DAUGHTER GOT TO DO WITH THE "TRUMP HUSH MONEY" CASE?"

Here are the facts for you to string together....

* Judge Juan Merchan is supervising the "STORMY DANIEL'S TRUMP HUSH MONEY CASE."

* Donald Trump was indicted in this case on March 30, 2023.

* Judge Juan Merchan has a 32 -year- old daughter ,Loren Merchan, who is the President/ part-owner of a company named "AUTHENTIC CAMPAIGNS".

* "AUTHENTIC CAMPAINS" is digital marketing and fund-raising company that provides services for left-leaning/progressive Democrat polititians and Democrat PACs and other related entities. "Authentic's" clients include: Joe Biden; Kamala Harris; Adam Schiff; Gretchen Whitmer; Katy Hochul; Cory Booker and lots of other Leftist/Progressive Democrat assholes and losers like them.

* "AUTHENTIC CAMPAIGNS" (and Loren Merchan) have made many millions of dollars (over recent years) providing digital marketing and fund-raising services to their (Progressive) Democrat clients and to entities like the the Democrat's "Senate Majority PAC".

PAYMENTS MADE TO "AUTHENTIC CAMPAIGNS"

Here are the disbursements made to "ACTIVE CAMPAIGN" by left-leaning Democrats politicians and left-leaning entities between 2021 and 2022, including....

SCHIFF FOR CONGRESS.............................$9.06 million

(Democratic) SENATE MAJORITY PAC.......$6.04 million

(HAKEEM) JEFFRIES FOR CONGRESS.......$1.2 million

LAUREN UNDERWOOD for CONGRESS......$1.08 million

BARBARA LEE for CONGRESS......................$502,420

TOTAL $ 29.66 million

(2) ADDITIONAL DATA INDICATES THAT "AUTHENTIC" HAS RECEIVED ALMOST $15 million IN DISBURSEMENT (as of April 3rd, 2024) in connection with the 2024 election cycle.

(3) The Federal Election Committee (FEC) data reflect a total of 1$18.43 million in disbursements to "Authentic Campaigns" between the filing of the "STORMY DANIELS HUSH MONEY CASE" indictment on March 30th, 2023 and April 3rd 2024, inclusing.....

SCHIFF for CONGRESS.......................................$10.27 million ("DIGITAL ADVERTISING")

(Democratic) SENATE MAJORITY PAC...............$998,045 ("DIGITAL CONSULTING SERVICES")

LAUREN UNDERWOOD FOR CONGRESS...........$615050 ("DIGITALCONSULTING SERVICES")

BARBARA LEE for CONGRESS..............................$19,661 ("SOFTWARE")

HEFFRIES for CONGRESS.......................................$35 (ERBSITE EXPENSE)

TOTAL.........$18.43 million

TO SUM UP.....

"AUTHENTIC CAMPAIGNS has clients who are opponents of President Trump, and those clients have paid the company (and thus Ms Loren Merchan) for sevices used in connection with case-specific (i.e. the "STORMY DANIELS HUSH MONEY" case) fundraiusing solicitarions. The Court's close relationship with Ms Loren Merchan , as an immediate relative, has been clearly documented, WHICH SUPPORTS THE CONCLUSION THAT THE COURT HAS AN INTEREST THAT COULD BE SUBSTANTIALLY AFFECTED BY THE PROCEDING. THAT IS , THE COMMERCIAL AND REPUTATIONAL BENEFITS TO Ms Loren Merchan FROM THE COURT'S RULINGS, (oncluding requiring the case to proceed to trial during an election that President Trump is winning are obvious. Therefore Judge Merchan's recusal from the case was requested as a matter of due process.

Another Judge Merchan should have recused himself from the case is "THE APPEARANCE OF IMPROPRIETY". THis means whether or not Judge Merchan'sruling in the "HUSH MONEY" case were influenced by his daughter's being the President/part owner of "Authentic Campaigns", a left/progressive digital marketing/ fund-raising company (whose clientele are exclusively left/progress Democratic politicians and entities opposed to President Trump) which stood to benefit commercially and reputationally by President Trump being convicted and sentenced, by her father (Judge Merchan's) Court,
THE MERE FACT THAT IT LOOKED BAD, - OR IN LEGAL JARGON - "HAD THE APPEARANCE of IMPROPRIETY" - was enough to have warranted Judge Merchan recusing himself from the trial. Basically, if the public thinks that there might well be something "fishy" about Judge Merchan's daughter making money off the Trump "Hush Money", then Merchan should recuse himseld. (Even if everything has been above board and fair in his Court . The law regarding the "APPEARANCE of IMPROPRIETY" exists in order that the public's faith in the Justice system is not in any way compromised by "smell" of shinnanigans/ skullduggery, etc; arising from a Court trial (esp one where a former President is on trial).
