Where there "on going" investigations that were then exposed; because that is the main reason for the redactions in this one??

The law does not require that the report be published at all. Trump allowed Barr to provide a redacted version. He didn't have to and by doing so permitted embarrassing details to be seen.

True; but I was challenging Celticguy's declaration, regarding Ken Starr.
