Once again tRump uses DOJ as his personal law firm.

It is just appalling that Bill Barr can be so bold has to be so openly corrupt, and make a mockery out of the DOJ.

It is appropriate for the DoJ to sue in this case. The NDA was part of the defendant's agreement upon termination of employment. She broke that agreement so the DoJ is suing her in an official capacity.

Sorry. The NDA's are not a condition of government employment or termination. It was something tRump required personally. As such, the purported NDA is a PRIVATE matter and therefore outside the purview of the DOJ. This is nothing more than Billy Barr stroking tRump's '"smallman".

You would think that a self-proclaimed BILLIONARE (which is still very questionable) could afford his own lawyers in a CIVIL matter that is not government related. Instead, tRump once again abuses his office for PERSONAL gain.

What can you say, obvious Barr sees himself as Trump's personal lawyer, not Attorney General of the US, but Trump's fixer, just what the Founding Fathers had in mind when they added the Appointments Clause

tRump whined for months about not having someone like his mob connected and former disbarred lawyer Roy Cohn running the DOJ.

They are for political appointees, even paid political appointees....

Incorrect as usual. They are a PRIVATE matter and not a required "condition of employment" and do not fall under the norm for the DOJ. That said, since you have no idea what the NDA says, you really have no idea if it was violated or not. As usual, you are simply "talking out of your ass" in an attempt to defend the actions of your "cult leader".
