So the statute of limitations does not start until the last member stops trying to cover up the conspiracy. IMHO the DOJ is trying to build a conspiracy case.
Members of the conspiracy are still trying to cover up what they did wrong. A lot of the documents that DNI Gabbard released were hidden in a locked vault. At the very least this is going to cost the conspirators a whole lot of money and make a whole lot of lawyers very rich. I think John Brennan is most at risk. If I were him I would be trying to make a plea bargain.

It's quite clear that this is all about generating enough noise to distract the attention away from Crazy Trump's Epstein problem.
