President Donald Trump launched a new attack on the judicial system on Monday, targeting the nation’s high court by demanding that two liberal Supreme Court justices recuse themselves from any case involving him or his administration.

Trump claimed associate justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg couldn’t be fair to him:
“Sotomayor accuses GOP appointed Justices of being biased in favor of Trump.” @IngrahamAngle @FoxNews This is a terrible thing to say. Trying to “shame” some into voting her way? She never criticized Justice Ginsberg when she called me a “faker”. Both should recuse themselves..

Moderate dems will allow this to happen.

Those two are biased beyond any ability to be fair.

Obama - 2010 - “Elections have consequences.” It’s the political way for winners to tell losers: “Tough luck, you lost. Get over it.”

No, they won't. They will sit out the Repub takeover of the Supremes. The courts has had different numbers in the past. It was a Chief and 5 judges in the beginning. In 1807 went to 9. In 1863 -10. FDR proposed 15, but it did not happen. It is congress who determines how many.

And the Dem Congress will increase it by four. It's policy goals for the Dems. If House, Senate, and WH go blue, so will SCOTUS.

nope. they will not. They cannot . If they wanted to, they would need to pass the House and senate. Then get past a veto. The left knows better.
 
Trump took over the justice department and has his eyes on the Supreme Court. He wants to take that over too. Donnie has trumpdozed the walls between the branches of government and has made them all under his power. Now ,take over the Supremes. He will be a king after all. The right will love it. They were not too fond of this republic anyway.

If you have read almost any thread you will see which group ruder and more vulgar. It is the rightys who are foul and personal. When rightys say things like you did, it shows how out of touch with reality they are.
