It is not racism. it is actually a response to racists like Evmerto. Black women actually exist in America and none have ever been on the court. If he seats one, that will about making the court more fair and representative.
Throughout our history,there have been 113 Supreme Ct. Judges. 107 white men. 2 black men and 4 women. No black women, zero, nada. It makes sense to make the courts reflect the experience of all Americans.
